Honduras Pacific Free Zone was created to allow for the completion of our customers business within premises, therefore facilitating operations and logistics that result in lower management costs.
Honduras Pacific Free Zone comprises a complete infrastructure with an industrial park, with capacity for 40 industrial plants in its first phase. Whether your operation is about manufacturing, sheltering, outsourcing, warehousing and/or logistic management we custom made your facility from the design up to an erect building.
Alongside the industrial park is a logistics management park, the first of its size in Honduras providing tax free warehousing both for imports destined to Honduras and the Central America region and for exports to the Pacific Rim and other destinations.
Within the free zone there are a professional center and shopping center that will contain stores, banks and restaurants, a bus terminal and a wholesale market, facilities for workers training and education at different levels. In addition there will be a hospital for the free zone workers health care.
A residential development, an ongoing project for the next 10 years will encompass 2500 homes for Honduras Pacific Free Zone workers.
Honduras Pacific Free Zone location is ideal to serve all key markets, with emphasis on the economic centers around the Pacific Rim. Choluteca, in Honduras southern territory is well communicated both by road and sea to the rest of Central America and coasts in the Pacific Rim and the Atlantic Ocean.
It is also the perfect location and set up to attain lower manufacturing costs via tax advantages provided under the Free Zone agreement in addition to the lowest costs in labor, square meter, and utilities to be found in Honduras and Central America.
