Honduras Pacific Residential Project

Honduras Pacific is developing a community of 2500 homes for the industrial park workers in an area of 128 city blocks.

The typical lot has 1550 sq ft surface with 484 sq ft of living area.

This master planned community will have paved roads of 1.9 million sq ft and  more than 60,000 sq ft of recreational areas.

This residential community is projected to be builded in a 10 years period,  according to our customers needs.
